Breanne Queen is a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Somatic Coach. With extensive experience leading hundreds of sessions and working with numerous clients, she brings a wealth of expertise and a profound dedication to her practice. Breanne’s journey into Breathwork began from a place of personal struggle. Having lived in a constant state of stress and anxiety due to trauma, she faced persistent health issues that, despite holistic health and dietary changes, remained unresolved. It was through discovering Breathwork that she experienced profound healing and transformation. Today, she combines her passions for nutrition and holistic health with Breathwork and Somatics to help people achieve genuine healing. In this course, Breanne will guide you step by step through weekly modules, helping you learn how to tune into your breath and establish a daily practice to relieve stress and anxiety. The course emphasizes a titrated approach, working within your nervous system’s capacity to ensure you achieve lasting success.
