This is where Breathwork comes in. This somatic tool gives you direct access to shift the stress, tension, and old patterns stored in your body. It clears years of emotional baggage you may have packed away to stay safe and teaches you a new way to support yourself.
You go from not knowing what you need, to having a tool you can access any moment of the day. Whether you’re overwhelmed, dealing with health issues, or burnt out, breathwork helps peel back the layers keeping you stuck so you can reconnect to the true you inside.
When you work with your nervous system you begin to release old patterns and form new ways of being. Somatic work is a bottom up approach to healing that helps you learn to work with your body instead of against it.
