My Breathwork Story

At 19 years old, I broke out in a rash from head to toe. In search of getting my health back, I began doing all the right things: eating healthy, taking supplements, and going to therapy. I had become the go-to girl for health advice, yet every time I walked into a room, I was the sickest person there. I was an overachiever, a perfectionist, I KNEW what to do, and I was doing it! But my health wasn’t getting better. I started to believe that there had to be something really wrong with me, like I was broken in some way. It wasn’t until I started working with my nervous system and committed to my breath practice that everything changed. In the middle of a session, a coach asked me, When was the last time you felt safe? … I backtracked through my entire life, looking for one moment where I felt safe…and I didn’t find one. It was then that I realized why my body was creating this sickness and why nothing had worked; I didn’t know how to feel safe. If I can do it, so can you! xo ~ Breanne

From Stuck to Free: Amanda’s Story

Breanne is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Somatic Coach dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their health. Through root-cause nutrition and live blood analysis assessments, she uncovers hidden imbalances behind stress, burnout, and chronic symptoms. Combining this with transformative breathwork sessions and somatic tools, Breanne helps clients alleviate stress, build resilience, and get their health back on track!
